[Mplayer-dvb] Mpeg-1 file with NTSC resolution

no(t yet)
you have to change FPS from 30 to 25, and it isn't possible yet with
mplayer...
you can try to re-encode with mencoder, using -ofps 25, but result will be
jerky (20% of dropped frames)...
