[Mplayer-dvb] 24fps movie

Is there a way to toggle the hugly stepping of seening a 24fps movie over a 
pal dvb card? Every seconds it pauses for 0.01 sec... 24 ->25 convertion 
right? Also the audio is out of sync.

No problems on x11 output.
No problems while outputing the 24fps with ntsc standard over DVBcard (the 
video is fluent but my tv-set don't support it).
