[Mplayer-dvb] mplaying dvd NTSC Region 1 on DVB-S

yes but it's expensive (needs strong cpu) and bad quality

i know...
try -vc mpeg12 -vo mpegpes, it will recompress ntsc frames to pal,
but there will be still problem with framerate...
i've plans to implement better ntsc->pal converter using field
skipping, but no time for this now ;(
