[Mplayer-dvb] mplayer plays DVB recordings without sound

Hello!
I've found the problem: AC3.

After appling a patch from Martin Hoffmann
(http://ma.hoff.bei.t-online.de/2divx/MP_vdrac3_patch.diff)
mplayer recognizes the audio stream and plays the sound without any
problem.

Could you please include this patch into CVS?
