[Mplayer-dvb] mplayer plays DVB recordings without sound

Hi!

mplayer (at least pre5 and today's cvs) can't play any of my DVB
recordings correctly. The sound is missing everytime.

After multiplexing the file with mplex(dvb) the sound works:
