[Mplayer-dvb] maybe fix for a-v sync and scuttering probs

ok, i've finally found a movie showing this problem at some scenes.

i've tried to play with audio preload, audio chunk sizes and a-v sync
adjustments, but couldn't get it better. either video or audio got
more jerky :(
so, the 0.0 audio preload is still the best we can do.

anyway the quality looks the very same with lavc=2 and that =2 eliminates
the problem, at least for me.
