[Mplayer-dvb] Patch MPlayer for NEWSTRUCT-DVB before 0.9 final ?!?

I had the same question. Its as easy as providing a patch that do exactly 
this. With the many patches floating around there must be someone who is able 
to provide such a patch (excluding me, I poorly know how to make a patch at 
all)
