[Mplayer-dvb] DVB output... doesn't!

This is an old problem. I reported the identical problem on the mplayer
mailing list on Wed, 20 Mar 2002 22:15:50 +0100

Never got feedback. What strikes me is that this test should be
perfectly easy to be repeated. If Arpi would have a DVB card handy....
