[Mplayer-dvb] fast transcoding?

at first look the transcode is possible, for simple, base level mpeg4 files
or divx files. anyway new divx/mpeg4 uses extras, like quarter-pel motion
vectors, h263 quantizers, gmc and so on, they were not part of mpeg 1/2
standard so the dvb probably cannot handle these things.
the other hard point is the unrestricted mv - the 32 pixels wide invisible
border over the image used for MC of next frame. it could be emulated (very
tricky anyway) with dvb but would be visible :(
