[Mplayer-dvb] Keeping aspect ration when rescaling

DVB card is a way strange thing - it accepts _any_ width (but at least 480,
640, 704, 720) but only 288 or 576 as height.
It means, you normally don't have to resize horizontaly (the card does it by
HW) but verticaly.
