[Mplayer-dvb] Keeping aspect ration when rescaling

Sure this works, but nearly every file of me has different
size, e.g. 640x256 or 512x300 or 640x352 so I can not
use a specific value, it must be computed every time.

Like a "simple" fullscreen rescale.
