[Mplayer-dvb] Audio over DVB is broken

ok, i've found the problem! thank you for the help!

vo_flags gets corrupted when more than 1 outfmt available.
(in new codecs.conf, i420+iyuv has been added to yv12)
but this variable keeps the timing mode, used by DVB driver.

temp workaround: use old codecs.conf
will be fixed today, later.
