[Mplayer-dvb] Audio over DVB is broken

OK lets see:
- I use no AC3 hardware in my system
- I used allways the same version of libavcodec (09042002) for the tests

I will try to use codecs.conf from 27.03 in version 2803
And sure I can send you the logs, but not yet ... I am at work now.
