[Mplayer-dvb] software scaling

hi arpi

today i'm testing the new filters and i found a problem,
look at the attaced output.

if i scale oder crop (i think there will be the same problem with
expand) and i use -vo mga for videoout the size of the video is again
like the filesize.

could you please check this?
