[Mplayer-dvb] Subtitles & audio

It's the Question that drives us, Knuts Andy :

We have a sub format which would solve this problem (it contains dynamic
timings instead of absolute), but everybody is too lazy to add support and
converter for it... :(( Its basis is in main/DOCS/tech/mpsub.sub
