[Mplayer-dvb] mencoder only works of begining of a file

nothing.

what is you rproblem? you ask why are there duplicated frames? they are to
correct a-v sync. mayeb the input stream is bad or haev skipped frames and
mencoder has to duplicate some frame to keep frame number correct.
it's feature, not bug.
