it's not yet working. it was tried with dxr3 driver (another hw decoder)
but the original librte/mp1e code is multithreaded, and doesn't work stable
with mplayer. David is working on removing threads and muxers and all
unneccesary stuff from librte and cerate a simple, fast, reliable mpeg1
video encoder. when it's ready (promied to early january) i'll integrate to
dvb driver too.
