O.K. I've got the fragments. 

I encounterd that the mp3-audio stream is transcoded to a (l)pcm(?) audio stream 
by mplayer, because mp3 is not supported by the dvb card and its firmware.
But it seems to me that the sample rate is preserved (Here 41 kHz).

Is this behavior correct? 
AFAIK the dvb card only supports 48 and 96 kHz.
Should'nt the sample rate be changed to one of the above values?
