[MPlayer-DOCS] Website docs link broken. x264encopts out of date.

At the above URL it says: The manual page for MPlayer and MEncoder 
describes all available command line options and how to control MPlayer 
with the keyboard...

The HTML link is broken.  Where can I get it please, as I find it easier 
to read than the text version.

BTW, the text version seems to be out of date.  Especially for 
x264encopts.  E.G:

b_pyramid=<normal| strict| none>  Allows B-frames to be used as 
references for predicting other frames...

The manual does not mention these options; only b_pyramid to be used as 
is.  Used on it own without them, results in Mencoder grinding to a halt.

x264 seems to have a few more new options now like "subme" et cetera.
