[MPlayer-DOCS] Input and output mixed in 4.2.4. Channel Mixing bullet 3

Hi,
The channel mixing section of the documentation has the input and
output channels wrong in the description, but they are correct in the
examples.
The patch against the trunk below describes the problem better.
