Hi!

You're right, they aren't appearing.
The creating of the HTML pages failed, the .html files are in place, but 
they are 0 byte
files for all languages (so basically it appears, only the browser has 
nothing to show).
Workaround: You can download the ROFF files and make the html file locally.
I sent you the English and the Polish version in HTML format via private 
e-mail.
