That's true, but the first one has more comprehensive instructions on
how to disable HTML in various mail clients.  OTOH, neither seem to
mention the more contemporary mail clients. 

http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/listadmins/plaintext.html has a good list,
which might be useful if you were still living in the previous decade.

After replacing the dead link, we might also consider removing the text
"It explains all the details and has instructions for turning HTML off"
from the documentation.
