[MPlayer-DOCS] [RFC] Sort audio and video filters at man page alphabetically

Hello,

currently audio and video filters are not sorted at the man page, 
they seems to be placed in historical order. What about sorting 
them and output of -af help /-vf help alphabetically? 
Alternatively they may be sorted logically in the groups, but this 
way is more tricky and uncertain.
