What did I write the Makefile for then?  Just run 'make' and check

design7/news.html
design6/news.html
...

or whatever file it is you changed.

Since I designed the system, it's quite possible that I'm blind to its
shortcomings and non-obvious parts.  What can I do to better document
this or otherwise make it clear?
