[MPlayer-DOCS] [RFC] Probably outdated FAQ entry

Hello,

the following entry in section 4 of the faq suggests -nortc option 
usage:

Q:
   The audio/video gets totally out of sync when I run MPlayer as 
root on my notebook. It works normal when i run it as a user. 
A:
   This is again a power management effect (see above). Plug the 
external power connector in before you power on your notebook or 
use the -nortc option.

But for a quite long while RTC timing is disabled by default in 
MPlayer. So either this Q&A should be removed or "use the -nortc 
option" statement should be changed to something like "make sure 
you do not use -rtc option".

Suggestions?
