I agree with what your wrote, tough in my experienced, filmdint tended
to yield better results than pullup when the source was both telecined
and interlaced. In that case, pullup was causing lots of desync
problems.
Off course, this exprience was on a few NTSC DVDs, but since I'm on a
PAL country, I imagine that I've run into a lots fewed different NTSC
sources, so I'd be tempted to trust your experience intead of mine.
But again, I agree with what you say in the patch. :-)
