[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] information about inverse-telecining with -vf filmdint

The attached patch is based on personal experience with encoding my own
DVDs. Of course, it's correct as far as I know, but my DVDs may not be
sufficiently representative. Does anybody have contradictory advice or
something I should add?
