[MPlayer-DOCS] Broken MinGW-Howto link

Hello folks,

following a thread in mplayer-users I noticed that the link to the
MingW-Howto doesn't appear to work correctly. As it is, it calls the
start page of MPlayer's home page. Dunno about redirects, mirroring and
such but the following patch fixed it.
