It would be most helpful, yes.
Off the top of my head I remember that libaf/af_lavcresample.c and
libaf/af_sweep.c have the following at the top of the file:
// #inlcude <GPL_v2.h>
This is suboptimal of course. We'll have to convince Michael to replace
that with a proper license header.
