[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] some ideas

remove mencoder 'planned features' from documentation.xml
it belongs in wishlist or todo...

changed 'sub-option' to 'suboption' in -vivo entry for consistency.
also need to document the suboptions for -vivo (or delete the entry).

ok to apply?

also i was thinking about changing this line in documentation.xml
but i dont know what to write...
