Documented more libavcodec audio codecs.

Added adpcm_*, pcm_*, libamr_nb, libamr_wb, roq_dpcm, g726.
I'm not sure if referring users to source code for adpcm_* and pcm_* clarification is a good idea.
Should I explain these verbosely: there are 18 and 17 of each, respectively!

Omitted libgsm, libgsm_ms, and adpcm_adx:
I can't get these working.
