[MPlayer-DOCS] 404 external links

Hi there,

as I announced in another mail, I came across some broken external links 
in parts of the xml documentation.
To make it easier for me, I'll just quote them here with few comments. 
You'll find the section from which they are easily with something like 
grep -C 5 <url> *xml in the DOCS/xml/en directory (but I'm confident you 
all know that already *g). So, here we go:

http://realtime.ssu.ac.kr/~lethean/index.php?pagename=MplayerKoreanFonts
~lethean is unavailable, search on the main page for "mplayer" doesn't 
give a single result..

http://miketeo.net/links/readvcd-0.3.tgz
gone as well (although I remember I found some ftp server via google 
once, looking for that file)

http://frost.htu.tuwien.ac.at/~roman/nuppelvideo/
2 minutes google, didn't find a "nuppelvideo main page" or something, no 
idea about how to fix.

User homepage still exists, says:

Ok, that's it from me for now. I hope we can fix issues soon. Maybe some 
outdated parts will be revealed and possibly removed.
