[MPlayer-DOCS] Double default device in cd-dvd.xml

[Torinthiel]

DOCS/xml/en/cd-dvd.xml contains the same information (The default dvd
device, and advice what to do if it's different) twice, once at line
115, and second at line 180. One should go, I vote for the second one,
as it's after some rather technical text about physical DVD access.
