[MPlayer-DOCS] Some install.xml suggestions

After the last changes in install.xml, I've reached a few suggestions:

The periods are used inconsistently, as some non-sentences end in
period, most don't. See patch

FreeType description stands out from the croud, as it's formatted
differently. See patch

libjpeg is said to be DEcoder, but using it as vo requires an ENcoder
IMHO

libpng is similar, but here both en/decoding capability is used.

I'm not sure I like the
"optional, non-sentence. At least *.* is required." form, as it mixes
non-sentences and sentences. Not that I have a good alternative.
