[MPlayer-DOCS] faq.xml fixes propoal

[Torinthiel]

I'd like to do two things to en/faq.xml:

First, attached patch, which fixes sentence from
blablabla, and blabla, bla
to, IMHO more correct,
blablabla, blabla, and bla

Second, add and remove blank lines, so that q&a entries are separated by
single blank lines, while <qandadiv>, the larger blocks, are separated
by two.

OK to go?
