here is my patch, i dont have docbook stuff so i couldnt test build the patch.

also the md5sums may not be the md5sums for the working codecs
i just used the md5sums from the codec dll's i had, using the list
of codecs that RC had. also the fourcc's i grabbed out of codecs.conf
and may not be the correct codecs that mencoder outputs while using them.

also maybe mention that the working vp31vfw.dll must be downloaded from
http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/vp3/3.2.6.1/winvfw/vp31vfw.dll
or rxt has to update the codec pack with this one (dunno if its faster/slower
on encoding/decoding vs old codec in mplayer codec pack)

also i think some codecs have vfw versions that are not in the codec pack
so if anyone would like to test run -ovc vfw on all vfw codecs in the mplayer
codec repository, that would be nice.
