[MPlayer-DOCS] proposal for changes in bugreports.xml

Hi all,

since the transition to subversion is complete, there is a (not that
urgent) need to update some docs.
I've made some adjustments in the xml docs (except for ports.xml, I was
confused about how the mplayerosx port guide has to change), please have
a look at it.

PS: There is also a non-related typo fix in bugreports.xml for
"breackage", I could split that up if needed.
