Now that SVN is up and running: how about making this move? (It's minor
enough that I'd do it myself, but unless I'm much mistaken on several
fronts I don't have an active account.)

In addition to renaming the file, of course, the name should be changed
within files as well - but that's comparatively trivial. I believe Corey
was planning to put a patch together for it back when this first came
up, but the man page at least contains the uncorrected form.
