[MPlayer-DOCS] Polish (homepage) translation state

Hmmmmmm

The Polish translation has gotten badly out of date.  It seems that the
Polish translation team is not so active anymore, probably due to a lack
of time, sadly.

While the documentation can and does survive lagging behind a bit the
homepage cannot, at least not the important parts like the download
page, the pre8 news announcement and the mirrors list.

I'm going to comment out the Polish translation from the homepage unless
this changes in the near future.  No hard feelings please, it's just a
matter of keeping things necessarily current.
