[MPlayer-DOCS] Unnecessary USE_SYMLINKS=yes in xml/{de,hu,ru}

As $SUBJECT, these translations stopped using symlinks for real some
time ago. If no one protests for 24h, I'll change it to USE_SYMLINKS=no.
