Well, I can tell you that this message appears when the softsleep timer
is supposed to sleep a negative time, which in turn happens when
usec_sleep sleeps more than 20 milliseconds too much.
So it should be an indication for either very high load or very
imprecise timers on the computer.
Now that doesn't help to find a good translation, but maybe you can come
up with a good english message that is easy to translate instead *g*
And oh, "underflow" here is the opposite of "overflow" as in "buffer
overflow" or "integer overflow" (well, more the later one) - in the
sense that something is outside of its correct range. Just that
this one has no security implications :-)
