It seems that this change also allows to use rawaudio and rawvideo, e.g.
I tried this: -rawvideo pal:fps=23 /dev/zero -demuxer rawvideo
-audiofile /dev/null -rawaudio channels=2 -audio-demuxer rawaudio

Maybe somebody can check if I am right and document this?
