That is true, but frankly, I don't care much :/ I really want to remove 
this option altogether.. Please some documentor phrase it better, I dunno 
how to explain it. (in case you don't know yourself: frameno.avi is the 
audio only file you create in the first pass with -ovc frameno, and later 
use it with the 2nd and 3rd passes where you create the muxed audio/video 
file...)
