[MPlayer-DOCS] README file

[Denis Casserly]

I was looking for the README and thought it was somewhere on the webpage and 
couldn't find it. I wanted to know more about sys requirements and 
installation issues. From what I gather, I have to unpack the tarball first 
to get to the README - is that correct?
