...so this should be mentioned. Rich, can you come up with a patch for
that section maybe? ... or you could also just put on a mail what that
section should read instead of what I committed, that would also be
splendid.

On PAL, -mc 0 seems to work fine here. On NTSC, it's such a headache
to get proper sync that it would need a section of it own (I plan to
do it some time when I have the time).
