[MPlayer-DOCS] zh_CN help strings synced with cvs head of en

hello, i checked the diff between the one i start to trans and the cvs
head of help_mp-en,  added the changes, and gave out the snyced
version, iconv it from gbk to utf-8.  (so attachment is the whole
file, please check) also, please update the  .charset file.

a tiny qeustion: what's the meaning of "save slot" in
MSGTR_SaveSlotTooOld? i cannot translate it...
