Ah, I see. It has to be declared as an 'element' and as a child of para and 
simpara etc... I'm not sure if it's possible to do that other than in the 
docbook dtd itself. I just spend 30 minutes investigating that and it 
doesn't seem trivial. I don't have time to look into it right now in more 
detail and I guess it's not really that important, is it?
