[MPlayer-DOCS] Hello, i want to update and maintain MPlayer zh_CN DOCS

further update, i think i'll finish the help strings in two or three
days, then i'll start to work on the manpage.

and i wonder how could i use gettext? or is there a good editor for
editing the help string format file? i find it's difficult to keep my
progress and check error...
