As I said, I think both forms are correct. Yes, "dump to" is standard
usage, but as with almost everything what makes sense to use is somewhat
context-dependent; in this case, I think "into" flows well, and "to"
doesn't work as well. Guillaume has spoken, however, so we'll leave it
alone until further notice.
