[MPlayer-DOCS] [INFO] build mplayer against DirectX

Hi,
There's a guy on IRC that dropped that information about building
MPlayer under Windows with Mingw.
You need a couple of headers (ddraw.h and dsound.h) for dx7, dx6 won't
work.

I don't know where to put this, and I can't test as I only use Linux, so
